Rebar Reinforcement
The Liebherr Gear Shaper weighs 48,000 pounds and its base is 22 ft x 11 ft which requires additional reinforcement stronger than the current building slab.
Poured Concrete Slab
Two feet of reinforced concrete was integral for structural and functional stability. The slab is currently curing for 3 weeks before the Leibherr arrives at the Konrad Facility.
